Support the client in the analysis of its EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION and in the definition of its Career Core Promise, the set of key messages and distinctive features that make it attractive for its targeted talents: young engineers and senior professionals from all over Italy.


The EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION was developed, through interviews with Top Management and the organization of a Focus Group with a sample of employees, highlighting the distinctive characteristics of Dana as an employer.
The EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION has been represented through the development of a communication concept that tells the information collected through headline, call to action and visual.


Creation of a toolkit to guide the customer in the creation of all Employer Branding materials: from the Linkedin banner to the materials for Campus Events, from the website careers’ page to the internal communication.
