The Employee Value Proposition was developed, through interviews with Top Management and the organization of a Focus Group with a sample of employees, highlighting the distinctive characteristics of Biogen as an employer.
The EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION has been represented through the development of a communication concept that tells the information collected through headline, call to action and visual.


The concept was then declined in the following communication materials:

Invitation for the event and related mailing, rollup, digital desk customization and creation of video testimonials with the participation of Biogen people.
