Increase Goodyear Dunlop Italia’s reputation as an employer by promoting employees’ sense of belonging and making the company “attractive” to potential candidates: Graduates and Young professionals, Experienced and Middle Management profiles.


The Employee Value Proposition was developed, through interviews with Top Management and the organization of a Focus Group with a sample of employees, highlighting the distinctive characteristics of Goodyear as an employer.
The EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION has been represented through the development of a communication concept that tells the information collected through headline, call to action and visual.


Creation of a toolkit to guide the customer in the creation of all Employer Branding materials: from the Linkedin banner to the materials for Campus Events, from the website career page to the internal communication.
